As you know, both authors of our site (www.rantsandstuff.com) are vets :) We have done 0.00001% of what others have done for the military, but as you said, we'll go willingly when asked. It is impossible to predict the future, and I'd hate to think what we'd be like if those had not come before us. You can look at the US as a glass half full, or half empty as it seems that many do. I like to think of positive things when I get that half empty feeling. The military is one of the positive things that I think of. Thanks for the post.
