Baby Born With Two Faces
Yes, you read that right. And you’re not seeing double, either. It seems like all this kinda weird stuff happens somewhere in India. When I was told about it by a coworker, the first question I asked was, “So are they worshipping this baby?” Sure enough, the answer was yes.
There have been hundreds of people visit the baby and her parents. They come to ‘touch her feet out of respect and receive blessings.’ I’m just curious which blessings they think they are receiving. They think she is some kind of reincarnation of some Hindu goddess. There was another baby born a while back that had a tail. They worshipped that one too because they thought he was some sort of reincarnated god. I don’t get why these people have so many ‘gods’ for so many different purposes. There is one God, for everything. I’ve always wondered which of their ‘gods’ saves their souls and takes them to Heaven… I’ve never heard anything about that one.
Sweet little baby, Im thankful she is treated well. But why do you find the need to put Indian folks down for what they believe in? Your attitude is why there is WAR in this world. Wars started over hatred for others religion. PEACE BE WITH YOU!
Thanks for your comment! My sarcastic tone/attitude comes across as putting them down because I’ve honestly never heard why they have to have so many ‘gods’. And for the record, my attitude is NOT the reason for war – my attitude is simply ‘turn to the one true God’. My belief is that if one doesn’t repent of their sin and turn to the one living God, he/she will die and go to hell. It is a real place. There is no hate in that. I won’t go kill those Indians for not believing the way I do. Hate for a religion begins when that religion’s beliefs and rituals anger you. A perfect example of religious hate is extremist Islam/Muslim. Those are the ones that are out to kill for religious reasons these days. Those are the ones that are starting wars these days.
